The Ruler of Ribs, who is at present caring for Lord Charles' obligations as he goes through malignant growth treatment, doesn't believe that his more youthful sibling should meddle.
An illustrious source told the Express: "It's basically impossible that that the Ruler of Ribs will wear it. Harry may well need to step once more into a regal job yet, all things considered nothing has changed.
