Previous President Donald Trump, because of extraordinary examiner Jack Smith's documenting, on Thursday again encouraged the High Court to concede a stay of his preliminary over his supposed activities connected with Jan. 6, 2021.


"There are overpowering justifications for why the case shouldn't go to preliminary 'in 90 days or less,'" President Trump's lawyers said in a 14-page recording.
